Great comforter, smooth process

I bought a wool comforter and the organic cotton sheets together. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, easy to navigate. I appreciated the detailed product descriptions. Shipping took about a week to arrive in California, which was within the estimated window. The comforter is lightweight yet provides excellent warmth, and it feels breathable, which is important for me as a hot sleeper. The sheets are soft after a wash. Everything was packaged securely. I had a question about cleaning the comforter, and their customer support email got back to me the next day with clear instructions. A positive experience from start to finish.

Reliable quality, always

This was my third order from Woollux. I first bought a wool mattress protector a few years ago, then organic cotton sheets. This time I got a wool duvet. Their products are consistently well-made and durable. I keep coming back because I know I'll get quality items that last. The duvet is just as good as my previous purchases, nice and warm without being too heavy. Shipping was quick this time too.

Good wool pillow

I got the wool pillow. It arrived in 4 days. It's comfortable and feels well-made. Good support for sleeping. Happy with the purchase.

Decent mattress, slow shipping

I ordered a custom size wool mattress. The mattress itself is comfortable and seems like good quality, firmer than I expected but still nice. The lead time was a bit longer than stated on the site, took almost 3 weeks to ship. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which helped. Overall, a good product, but plan for a wait.
